4. Payments & Billing

By purchasing a subscription or credits, you agree to:

Auto-renewal for subscription plans unless cancelled

5. Service Level & Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from dashboard settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
